Kókuszos banános keksz
Hozzávalók:
Csokimázhoz:

Elkészítés:
A banánt villával összetörjük és hozzáadjuk a citromlevet. A lisztet a vajjal elmorzsoljuk majd beletesszük a cukrot, a kókuszreszeléket, a tojást, a sót és az összetört banánt. Összegyúrjuk a masszát és egy órára a hűtőbe tesszük pihenni.
Egy tepsit kibélelünk sütőpapírral. A tésztából diónyi halmokat rakunk a tepsire. A tetejét egy kicsit ellapítjuk és 190 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15 perc alatt megsütjük. (légkeveréses sütőben 170 fok)
A csokit a vajjal együtt vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk és a kihűlt kekszekre kenjük.
Kb. 35 db lesz belőle.

Szinte napra pontosan egy évvel ezelőtt még egy motivációs tényező jelent meg az életemben, hiszen kislányom megszületésével újabb kritikus érkezett a családi asztalhoz...
