Sütőpapírral bélelt 24x-22-cmes tepsibe simítjuk, és 170 fokon kb 40 perc alatt megsütjük.
A kisült tésztát deszkára, vagy rácsra borítjuk és lehúzzuk róla a papírt.
A kihűlt tésztát lapjában kettévágjuk, és megtöltjük a lekvárral.
