A tojás sárgáját kikeverem 2 kanál cukorral, az olajjal és a vízzel.
A tojás fehérjét a maradék cukorral habbá verem.
Amikor már kemény a hab összekeverem a sárga masszával, majd hozzáadom óvatosan a sütőporos lisztet, és sütőpapiros sütőlapra simítom.
Ez egy nagyméretű tepsi 32-35centis. 170fokon a lapot megsütöm.
Amikor kihűlt ketté vágom, és megkentem lekvárral.
A töltelék hozzávalóit a kiolvadt tésztával összegyúrom, és az egyik lekváros lapra rásimítom. Majd ráteszem a másik lekváros lapot is, úgy hogy a lekváros része legyen a tésztán. KB 1órát a hűtőbe teszem.
Amikor kiveszem kiszaggatom 4-5centis kiszúróval.
Cukormázat készítek a tetejére.
25 deka porcukrot 2 kanál langyos vízzel egy kicsit felmelegítek, nem forralom fel csak melegítem.Egy kicsi ételszínezékkel, vagy málnaszörppel színezem.
A cukorba belemártom a felét a többi lefolyik rajta, rácsra teszem és ha megszáradt leszedem.
