A tojásokat szétválasztom a sárgáját fele cukorral vízzel és olajjal kikeverem.
A lisztbe a sütőport elkeverem.
A tojás fehérjét a maradék cukorral habbá verem.
A sárga masszába a fehérjét óvatosan belekeverem, vigyázva, hogy a hab ne törjön össze.
Végül a sütőporos lisztet adom hozzá.
Olajjal kikent morzsával hintett 20-cm-es tortaformába (vagy sütőpapírral bélelt tortaformába) öntöm.
Előmelegített sütőben 170fokon tűpróbáig sütöm.
A kihűlés után 3 egyforma lapra felvágom.
A krém készítése:
A porcukrot megpirítom (karamellizálom), hozzáadom a darált diót, és olajjal lekent márvány lapra kiöntöm. Amikor kihűlt apróra összezúzom.
A pudingot a tejjel és a cukorral megfőzöm, majd hagyom kihűlni.
A tejszínt a porcukorral habbá verem.
A kihűlt pudinghoz hozzákeverem az összezúzott karamellt és a tejszínhab felét.
Ezzel a krémmel a lapokat megtöltöm.
A tetejét a maradék tejszínhabbal és csokival díszítem.
