Hozzávalók:

  • 22 dkg puha vaj
  • 10 dkg cukor
  • 10 dkg barna cukor
  • 2 tojás
  • 2 tk. vanília esszencia
  • 30 dkg liszt
  • 1 tk. sütőpor
  • 1/2 tk. só
  • 25 dkg csoki lencse (apróra tört csoki)
Elkészítési idő: 30 perc Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 1000-1500 FT Vegetáriánus: igen
Adagok: 4 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A puha vajat krémesre keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a cukrot. (nem volt itthon barna cukrom, így csak sima fehér cukor került bele. De barna cukorral szebb lesz a színe és az íze is más lesz.) Jó habosra kikeverjük, egyenként hozzáadjuk a tojásokat, majd a vanília esszenciát.

Egy másik tálban összekeverjük a lisztet, a sót és a sütőport. A lisztes keveréket hozzákeverjük a vajas masszához. Végül beleforgatjuk a csokidarabokat, óvatosan, hogy ne törjenek össze.

Ha a massza nagyon lágy, akkor tegyük a hűtőbe fél-egy órára.

Egy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire evőkanállal halmokat rakosgatunk a masszából. (Lehet teáskanállal is, ha kisebb kekszeket szeretnénk.)

A tésztahalmok között helyet hagyunk, mert a kekszek elterülnek. 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 12-14 perc alatt megsütjük.Akkor jó, ha a széle kezd aranysárga lenni.

A csokidarabos keksz légmentes dobozban sokáig eltartható. (de csak akkor, ha sikerül jól eldugni)

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Ez egy egyszerű vajas keksz alap és csokidarabokat kevertem bele, de finom aszalt gyümölcsökkel, mazsolával, többféle csokival, dió vagy mogyoródarabokkal is.
