Az almát meghámozzuk, majd lereszeljük.
A tojásokat a cukorral, és vaníliás cukorral kihabosítjuk. Hozzáadjuk a reszelt almát, a fahéjat, és végül belekeverjük az olajat is.
A lisztet, a sütőport és a darált diót összekeverjük, és az almás masszába forgatjuk. Alaposan összedolgozzuk, majd sütőpapírral bélelt magasabb falú tepsibe öntjük. (A tepsi mérete kb: 20x30cm)
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb.40 perc alatt megsütjük. Porcukorral meghintve kínáljuk.
