Hozzávalók:

  • 6 db tojás
  • 50 dkg porcukor
  • 16 dkg margarin
  • 60 dkg liszt
  • 24 g sütőpor
  • 4 dl tejföl
  • meggy vagy meggybefőtt

Elkészítés:

A tojást a cukorral és a puha margarinnal kikeverjük.  Hozzáadjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet és a tejfölt is. Kivajazott kilisztezett vagy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe öntjük.

A meggyet lisztbe forgatjuk (aki édesebben szereti..először cukrozza le..majd csepegtesse le..és úgy a lisztbe)

Rászórjuk a tésztára és előmelegített sütőben, 180 fokon 25-30 perc alatt megsütjük.
Szeletekre vágva, porcukorral meghintve kínáljuk.
