A mascarponét a kihűlt krémmel elkeverjük. Hozzáadjuk egy citrom levét, és beleforgatjuk a tejszínt.
a tésztalapokat a krémmel összetöltjük.
A csokoládét a margarinnal és az olajjal gőz felett felolvasztjuk és bevonjuk vele a sütemény tetejét.
A tetejét tetszés szerint díszíthetjük fehér csokival, csokoládé forgáccsal.
Tálalásig hűtőbe tesszük, majd szeletelve kínáljuk.
