A tojások sárgáját a megmaradt margarinnal, a fele porcukorral és a vaníliás cukorral habosra keverjük, felöntjük a tejjel és jól kikeverjük.
Ezután a zsemlére locsoljuk, kissé átforgatjuk, hogy mindenhol egyformán érje.
Az almát egyenletesen ráhalmozzuk,és megszórjuk darált cukrozott dióval, majd a maradék zsemlével beborítjuk. Óvatosan meglocsoljuk a maradék tejes öntettel.
A barackízt egy kevés vízzel simára keverjük, és háromnegyedével megkenjük a tetejét.
Sütőben, közepes lánggal (180 °C , légkeveréses sütőben 165 °C) kb. 30 percig sütjük.

A máglyarakás tetejére kenjük, és visszatoljuk a sütőbe.
A lángot mérsékeljük, és még kb.15 percig sütjük. (amíg elkezd pirulni a teteje)
