Spenótos – fetasajtos mártogatós

Spenótos - fetasajtos mártogatós

Hozzávalók:

  • (fagyasztott) spenótlevél
  • 2 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 1 evőkanál kókuszolaj
  • 2 evőkanál tejföl
  • 5 evőkanál fetasajt
  • 1 evőkanál extra szűz olívaolaj
  • laposkenyér (a mennyisége az éhségtől függ)

Adagok: 2 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A fokhagymát nyomjuk át fokhagymanyomón, majd egy kevés kókuszolajon pirítsuk meg. Adjuk hozzá a spenótleveleket. (Ha szükséges, párolás után vágjuk durvára a spenótleveleket.)

A fetasajtot törjük vagy morzsoljuk apróra, keverjük hozzá az extra szűz olíva olajat és a tejfölt, majd adjuk hozzá a spenótot, borsozzuk ízlés szerint. (sót direkt nem írtam, mert a feta nagyon sós önmagában is).

A laposkenyereket pirítsuk meg és vágjuk tetszőleges formájúra.

A mártogatóst kis tálkába szedve a meleg laposkenyérrel tálaljuk.
