Mangó Crème Brûlée

Elkészítés:
Meghámozzuk a mangókat, apróra vágjuk és leturmixoljuk. A mascarponét elkeverjük a joghurttal, a cukorral, a lime levével és reszelt héjával. A joghurtos keveréket elvegyítjük a mangópürével.
Szuflé-formákba kanalazzuk, 4 db forma lesz vele tele. Hűtőbe tesszük minimum 3 órára.
A grillt magas fokozatra állítjuk, a krém tetején elmorzsoljuk a barna cukrot, és 4-5 percre betesszük a forró grill alá, majd mikor kihűlt, újra hűtőbe tesszük.
Akár 1-2 nappal előre is elkészíthető. Finom, könnyed édesség.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Az eredeti receptben a mangót a krém alá kell tenni, én inkább leturmixoltam és elkevertem a krémben. Akár így, akár úgy készítitek mindenképp sikert arattok majd vele.
