Hozzávalók:

  • 2 bögre zabpehely
  • 4 pohár víz
  • 1 doboz 165ml-es kókusztej
  • csipet só
  • 3-4evőkanál cukor vagy édesítőszer (pl: xilit)
  • Esetleg 1 csomag vaníliás cukor (elhagyható)

Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktóz mentes: igen

Elkészítés:

Egy lábosban feltesszük főni a zabpelyhet a vízzel és csipet sóval, (vaníliával).
Ha már a víz nagyját beszívta a zabpehely hozzáadjuk a kókusztejet és a cukrot/édesítőt és sűrűre főzzük.
Tálalhatjuk friss gyümölcsökkel,aszalt gyümölcsökkel melegen hidegen egyaránt.

Tipp/Megjegyzés:

Van amelyik zabpehely több vizet képes felszívni ha úgy látjuk jónak főzés közben óvatosan pótolhatjuk a vizet a kívánt állag eléréséig.
