Banános amerikai palacsinta

Hozzávalók:

  • 34 dkg liszt
  • 1/2 cs. sütőpor
  • 4 ek. cukor
  • 4 tojás
  • 4 dl tej
  • 3-4 banán
  • csipet só

Elkészítés:

Egy nagy tálban keverjük össze a lisztet, a sütőport, a sót és a cukrot. Dolgozzuk bele az egész tojásokat, majd apránként a tejet. Addig keverjük kézi habverővel, míg szép sima nem lesz. Ha nagyon sűrű, kicsi tejjel, vagy vízzel még hígítsuk, de csak annyira, hogy egy picit terüljön el a palacsintasütőben.

A banánnak lehúzzuk a héját, és vékony karikákra felszeleteljük.
