Paprikás burgonya kolbásszal
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A burgonyát megtisztítjuk, nagyobb hasábokra vágjuk. A hagymát apróra a szalonnát kis kockákra a kolbászt nagyobb darabokra vágjuk.
A szalonnát kipirítjuk, megdinszteljük rajta a hagymát.
Rátesszük a burgonyát, sózzuk, megszórjuk a paprikával és felöntjük annyi vízzel, hogy 3/4 részig ellepje. Kb 20 percig főzzük.
A lisztből, tojásból csipet sóval galuska tésztát keverünk és beleszaggatjuk.
Beletesszük a kolbászt és 10 percig együtt főzzük.
Friss kenyérrel, házi csalamádéval tálalom.
