Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A krumplit meghámozzuk, felkockázzuk és feltesszük főni annyi sós vízben ami ellepi. Mikor teljesen puhára főtt, a még a főző krumplihoz hozzáadjuk a lisztet, és főzés közben összetörjük a krumplit.
Addig keverjük, törjük a liszttel, amíg el nem válik a edényaljától és elkezd puffogni, innen a neve is fucska.
Elkészítjük hozzá a feltétet. A szalonnát, a hagymával, (lehet lila és vöröshagyma is) és szép világos barnára sütjük.
A fucskát kiszedjük tányérokra, és a közepére mélyedést készítünk.
A mélyedésbe beleöntjük a kisült zsírt és a szalonna pörcös pirított hagymát.
És úgy fogyasztjuk, hogy veszünk kanálba fucskát, belemártjuk a zsírba úgy, hogy tapadjon rá egy kis lilahagyma is.
Nagyon finom.
