Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
(Tepsi mérete: 30×33 cm) (A bögrém 3dl-es)
Az egész tojásokat felverjük, majd simára keverjük az 1 bögre porcukorral és az olvasztott margarinnal. Hozzá adjuk a tejet és végül a sütőporral elkevert lisztet. Az egészet fakanállal jól összekeverjük.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe öntjük a masszát, és szép egyenletesen elsimítjuk. Rászitálunk a tetejére a fél bögre porcukrot és rászórjuk a fél bögre kókuszreszeléket.
Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon kb. 20 percig sütjük. Tűpróbával ellenőrizzük, hogy átsült e. (Én a tetejére is tettem sütőpapírt, hogy a kókuszreszelék ne nagyon barnuljon meg).
A megsült, de még forró sütire rálocsoljuk a bögre tejszínt és így hagyjuk kihűlni.
A bögrés Raffaello tetejét vékonyan megszórjuk porcukorral és kókuszreszelékkel. Kockára vágva kínáljuk.

Ezt a süteményt minden kókuszt kedvelőnek szívből ajánlom. Gyorsan, egyszerűen elkészíthető, akár kezdők is nekiállhatnak.
