Az összes anyagot (a töpörtyű kivételével) a kenyérsütő dagasztójába tesszük és egy nagyon kellemes tésztát készítünk belőle.
Bedagasztás után enyhén lisztezett felületen vékonyra nyújtjuk, megkenjük a darált töpörtyűvel és mint a bejglit feltekerjük. A nyújtófával kissé ellapítjuk, majd jobbról és balról felhajtjuk a tésztát. Fóliával letakarva 30 percig pihentetjük.Ezt még 3x megismételjük.
Majd lisztezett deszkán 1,5 cm vastagra kinyújtjuk, a tetejét egy éles késsel berácsozzuk, és tetszés szerinti méretű szaggatóval kiszaggatjuk.
Tojássárgájával lekenjük és 180-200 fokra előmelegített sütőben 20-30 perc alatt szép pirosra megsütjük.
