Elkészítés:
A tepsi mérete: 20cm x 36cm. A pogácsaszaggató átmérője: 4 cm
Tojásokat szétválasztjuk. A lisztbe belekeverjük a sütőport, a kakaóport és a sót. A tojássárgákat a porcukorral jól kikeverjük (fehéredésig), majd hozzá keverjük a tejet és beleszitáljuk a lisztkeveréket. Végül pedig a kemény habbá felvert tojásfehérjét óvatosan belekeverjük.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe öntjük a tésztamasszát és előmelegített sütőben 170-180 fokon kb. 20-25 percig sütjük (tűpróba).
Közben elkészítjük a krémet. A tejet és a lisztet csomómentesen elkeverjük, és folytonos kevergetés mellett sűrű (pudingszerű) krémmé főzzük. Félretesszük hűlni. A puha margarint a porcukorral alaposan kikeverjük és a már teljesen KIHŰLT krémhez keverjük, és kézi mixerrel habosra jól összekeverjük.
A megsült, kihűlt tésztából a pogácsaszaggatóval köröket szúrunk ki, majd a piskóta korongokat vízszintesen félbe vágjuk. Két félbevágott korongot a krémmel összeragasztunk, majd körbe az oldalát is bekenjük a krémmel, és beleforgatjuk a kókuszreszelékbe.
Vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk a csokoládét a margarinnal. Egy kiskanál segítségével szépen, egyenletesen rákenjük a sütik tetejére az olvasztott csokoládét.
Tálalásig a hűtőben tároljuk.
