Palacsinta alma darabokkal, fahéjas porcukorral

A sütéshez:
A tálaláshoz:

Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit egy tálba tesszük, és csomómentesre elkeverjük. Körülbelül egy órával a sütés előtt összekeverjük, hogy a liszt jól megduzzadhasson.
Ha azt szeretnénk, hogy a palacsinta könnyű legyen, és a sütéshez már ne kelljen zsiradékot használni, akkor egy habverővel, a már simára kevert tésztához keverjük a végén az olajat.
Az almákat vékony szeletekre vágjuk, és apránként (palacsintánkként 3-4 szelet) a palacsintasütőben cseppnyi olajon pirosra sütjük őket. Majd ráöntünk egy adag palacsintatésztát, és kisütjük a palacsintát. Mindegyik palacsintával így járunk el.
Végül fahéjas porcukorral megszórjuk.
