A vajastésztát kiolvasztom és lisztes gyúródeszkán kinyújtom .
Én hosszúkásra nyújtottam ki kb 30-35 centisre.
A mikor kinyújtottam, kb 2-3 centi szélességű csíkokat vágok belőle. Tojás sárgájával lekenem, és a habroló csőre, amit kicsit olajjal bekentem, szép egyenletesen rátekerem.
180-190 fokon szép pirosra megsütöm.
Amikor kihűlt, lehúzom a csövekről, és megtöltöm a málna habbal.
Málnahab készítése:
A tojások fehérjét a cukorral, és az átpasszírozott málnával, gőz felett kemény habbá verem.
A rolókat megtöltöm és porcukorral meghintem.
