Elkészítés:
A kekszet és a babapiskótát összemorzsolni, majd a felolvasztott margarinnal elkeverni.
Egy 20 cm-es tortaformát kibélelni sütőpapírral és belelapogatni a kekszes masszát.
A mascarponét a cukorral, a reszelt citromhéjjal, a citromlével és a vanília aromával simára keverni. Ezután hozzákeverni a tejfölt, végül pedig az egész tojást is.
Ezt a krémet a kekszes alapra önteni, tetejét elsimítani.
Előmelegített sütőben, közepes lángon 30-35 percig sütni. Ha a teteje már kezd egy kis színt kapni, kilehet venni a sütőből.(én légkeverésnél 150 fokon, 30 percig sütöttem)
A formában hagyni teljesen kihűlni!!!!!
Az epret botmixerrel pépesíteni, majd hozzákeverni a citromlevet, vaníliás cukrot és ízlés szerinti mennyiségű porcukrot.
Feltenni a tűzre és állandó keverés mellett, párpercig főzni.
A keményítőt simára keverni egy pici vízzel, majd állandó keverés mellett az eperhez önteni és besűríteni vele.(egy kicsit folyósabb állagot kapjunk).
A teljesen kihűlt torta tetejére kanalazni az öntetből, majd eperszeletekkel díszíteni.
A maradék öntetet tálaláskor külön kínálni.
