Elkészítés:
A tojásokat szétválasztjuk. A 8 tojásfehérjét kemény habbá felverjük. A felvert fehérjébe belekeverjük a 8 nagy kanál kristálycukrot, és a darált pisztáciát. Majd belekeverjük a 8 tojássárgáját, és ezzel is tovább verjük. Legvégül kanalanként beletesszük a 8 kanál lisztet, és eldolgozzuk.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe öntjük. 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük. Kb. 20-25 perc, de ez a tepsi méretétől is függ.
A puha margarint kihabosítjuk a porcukorral, majd hozzáadjuk a túrót és a mascarponet. Alaposan kikeverjük a krémet.
A krémet a kihűlt tésztára kenjük.
Egy lábasban összemelegítjük a tetejére való máz hozzávalót, majd a sütemény tetejére simítjuk. Hűtőbe tesszük legalább 1 óra hosszára, majd kockákra vágva kínáljuk.
