Hozzávalók:
A sütéshez:

Elkészítés:
A lisztet, és a porcukrot beletesszük a keverőtálba, rámorzsoljuk az élesztőt és ráöntjük a langyos tejet.
Letakarjuk egy konyharuhával és 15 percig hagyjuk, hogy dolgozzon az élesztő.
Amikor letelik az idő és az élesztő is szépen kidolgozta magát akkor beindítjuk a dagasztógépet.
Közben beletesszük a többi alapanyagot és hagyjuk, hogy a gép szép sima tésztát készítsen belőle.
Majd a lisztezett deszkára tesszük és letakarjuk konyharuhával.
Egy óra alatt nagyon szépre megkel.
Majd közel 2 cm-esre nyújtjuk, és 7 cm-es átmérőjű pohárral kiszaggatjuk és még fél óra hosszát kelesztjük.
Egy nagy lábasba olajat öntünk, és közepes hőfokra melegítjük.
Sütés előtt a fánk közepébe az ujjunkat belenyomjuk, és a lukkal lefelé tesszük bele az olajba.
1-2 percig fedő alatt sütjük, de vigyázzunk, mert nagyon hamar túl is tud sülni a külseje. És attól még a belseje nyers is maradhat.
Ezért inkább lassabban süljön!
Papírtörlőre kiszedjük, hogy az olaj fel tudjon szívódni róla.
Porcukorral meghintve, ízlés szerinti lekvárral kínáljuk.
