Hozzávalók:

  • 2 nagyobb csirkemellfilé
  • só
  • 5 szelet főtt sonka 
  • 5 szelet sajt
  • csipet őrölt bors
  • 25 deka aszalt szilva
  • csipet fahéj
  • liszt a panírozáshoz
  • 2 tojás
  • olaj a kisütéshez
  • zsemlemorzsa

Elkészítés:

A megmosott csirkemelleket szeletekre vágom kicsit kiklopfolom sózom, borsozom.

Mindegyik szeletre egy szelet sonkát sajtot és 3-4 aszalt szilvát teszek.
Felgöngyölöm és hústűvel összetűzöm.,majd lisztbe tojásba végül zsemlemorzsába forgatom

Forró olajban szép pirosra kisütöm.

Rizzsel és rebarbara mártással tálaltam.

Jó étvágyat mindenkinek hozzá. :-)

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Különösen puha lesz a hús, ha egy éjszakára ételízesítős tejbe áztatjuk.
