Mogyorós piramis
Hozzávalók:
A ragasztáshoz:

Elkészítés:
A liszttel elkeverjük a mogyorót, a cukrot, a fűszereket, majd elmorzsoljuk benne vajat, és a tojással tésztává formázzuk.
A tésztát, lisztezett munkalapon kb fél cm-re nyújtjuk majd egy mintából 3 különböző méretű tésztát szúrunk ki belőle.
Sütőpapírral leterített sütőlapon, 180°C-ra előmelegített sütőben. kb 12-14 perc alatt megsütjük.
Miután kihűltek, lekvárral összeragasztunk egy formából három méretet felfelé csökkenő sorrendben.
Vízgőz felett felolvasztott csokoládéval ízlés szerint megcsurgatjuk.( vízgőz felett olajjal elkeverve olvasszuk fel )
Jól záródó fém süteményes dobozban sokáig eltartható. Ebből az adagból 38 db piramis készült.
