A tészta hozzávalóit jól kikeverjük, majd olajozott, lisztezett közepes tepsibe öntjük. (használhatunk sütőpapírt is)
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.
Míg sül a tészta megcsináljuk a mázat a tetejére. A tejcsokit, vízgőz felett kevés olajjal felolvasztjuk, és a megsült, kihűlt tészta tetejére öntjük, elsimítjuk. Hűtőbe tesszük, hogy a csokimáz megdermedjen.
Forróvizes késsel szeleteljük.
