Hozzávalók:(6-7 db kicsi formához vagy 1db nagy pitéhez)
A csokoládé ganache-hoz:
A tetejére:

Elkészítés:
A kekszet ledaráljuk vagy morzsásra törjük egy nejlonzacskóba téve. (Én kávédarálóba tettem, és ott daráltam meg több részletben)
A vajat megolvasztjuk, majd a kekszhez keverjük. A kekszes masszát mini-pite vagy tart formákba adagoljuk, és nedves kézzel belenyomkodjuk. A formákat 20 percre a fagyasztóba tesszük, hogy megdermedjen.
Egy lábosba öntjük a tejszínt és melegíteni kezdjük. Ha már forró (de még nem forr) lehúzzuk a tűzről, beleöntjük az apróra vágott csokoládét és addig keverjük, míg az felolvad benne és egynemű fénylő csokis krémet kapunk.
A csokis krémet hagyjuk langyosra hűlni, majd megtöltjük vele a fagyasztóból kivett keksz piték közepét.
Ezután a hűtőbe tesszük, hogy a krém is megdermedjen.
A cseresznyét kimagozzuk és a cukorral tűzre tesszük. Felforraljuk, majd a keményítőt rászórva hagyjuk besűrűsödni. Ha ez megtörtént, hagyjuk teljesen lehűlni.
Tálaláskor a pitéket kiemeljük a formából, és mindegyik tetejére teszünk az öntetből, majd friss cseresznyével díszítve kínáljuk.
