Amíg hűl, elkészítjük a vaníliás panna cottat. A tejet és a tejszínt egy lábosba öntjük. Hozzáadjuk a cukrot, a vaníliás cukrot, a vanília magjait és melegíteni kezdjük. Ha már langyos, hozzáadjuk a zselatint, és folyamatosan kevergetve addig melegítjük, amíg teljesen feloldódik benne. Vigyázzunk, mert felforralni nem szabad!
Langyosra hűtjük, majd elosztjuk a poharakban várakozó eperzselé tetején.
