Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg darált hús
  • 1 fej vöröshagyma
  • 1 zsemle (vagy kenyér )
  • 3 tojás
  • 1 evőkanál mustár
  • 4 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 1 csokor petrezselyem
  • só
  • bors
  • pirospaprika
  • olaj
  • zsemlemorzsa
  • apró kolbász(cserkészkolbász is lehet)

Elkészítés:

A zsemlét vízbe áztatom.

Kevés olajon megdinsztelem az apróra vágott hagymát, hozzáadom a darált húshoz, rányomom a fokhagymát, ráütöm a tojásokat,a jól kifacsart zsemléket és a többi hozzávalót, majd jól eldolgozom. Ha túl lágy lenne a massza, akkor zsemlemorzsát is adok még hozzá, hogy jó formázható állagú legyen.

Veszek a masszából, ellapítom a tenyerembe, beleteszem a kolbászt és rudacskákat formázok.

A tepsibe sütőpapírt teszek, megkenem olajjal, ráhelyezem a rudacskákat, és előmelegített sütőben szép pirosra sütöm.

Krumplipürével, hagymás/tört krumplival tálalom, de főzelékhez is kiváló feltét.
