Hozzávalók:

  • 4 db csirkemell filé
  • 20 dkg csirkemáj
  • 40 dkg gomba
  • 20 dkg zöldborsó
  • 10 dkg füstölt szalonna
  • 2 fej vöröshagyma
  • 2 db tv paprika
  • 2 db paradicsom
  • étolaj
  • őrölt fekete bors
  • 1 tk pirospaprika
  • só
  • ételízesítő
  • grill fűszer

Elkészítés:

A csirkemelleket szeletekre vágjuk, kiklopfoljuk, grillfűszerrel megszórjuk, és kevés olajon pirosra sütjük.

A hagymát, csirkemájat, paprikát, paradicsomot, gombát és a szalonnát kisebb kockákra vágjuk. A szalonnát kiolvasztjuk, rátesszük a hagymát, és üvegesre pirítjuk.

Belerakjuk a kockákra vágott csirkemájat és gyorsan átpirítjuk.

Hozzáadjuk a gombát, sózzuk, borsozzuk, ételízesítőt adunk hozzá.

Ha a leve elpárolgott, beletesszük a zöldborsót, paprikát és a paradicsomot is. Rászórjuk a pirospaprikát és együtt készre pároljuk.

Tálalásnál a ragut a húsra halmozzuk.

Rizst vagy burgonyakrokettet adunk köretnek.
