A száraz hozzávalókat egy tálban elvegyítjük, majd beleforgatjuk a tojásos masszába. Hagyjuk állni 10 percig, amíg kicsit megduzzad a massza.
Egy serpenyőt vékonyan kiolajozunk, felhevítjük, majd közepes lángon palacsintákat sütünk a masszából.
Mielőtt átfordítjuk, mindegyikre pár szem áfonyát szórunk. Hagyjuk jól megsülni, mert különben elszakadnak a fordításnál.(Ezek a palacsinták egyébként is hajlamosak rá.)
