Hozzávalók:

  • 40 dkg alma vékonyra szeletelve
  • 20 dkg margarin
  • 15 dkg porcukor
  • 3 db tojás
  • 1 db citrom reszelt héja
  • 2 kk sütőpor
  • 20 dkg finomliszt

Elkészítés:

A margarint a porcukorral habosra keverjük, majd hozzá adjuk egyenként a tojásokat, a citrom reszelt héját (én most citromlével ízesítettem) , jól kikeverjük.

Óvatosan hozzá adjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet és a szeletelt almát.

Egy 20× 30 cm-es tepsit olajjal kikenünk és az almás tészta masszát bele simítjuk.

200 fokon 30-35 percig sütjük.

1 ek. mandulaforgáccsal megszórtam a tetejét, a recept nem tartalmazta.

Amikor kihűlt, porcukorral meghintve szeletekre vágtam.

155 régi étek szakácskönyvből van a recept.
