Elkészítés:
A leveles tésztát kiolvasztás után ketté veszem és két lapot nyújtok belőle.
Az egyiket a sütőlap aljára teszem.
Ezt a lapot kirakom a babapiskótával. Az őszibarackot apró kockákra vágom és a babapiskótát teljesen befedem vele.
A tejből cukorból és a pudingból a szokásos eljárással pudingot főzök, és még melegen a barackokra kenem.
A másik lapot a tetejére teszem.
A süteményt 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben szép pirosra megsütöm.
A tejszínt a porcukorral kemény habbá verem, és a kihűlt szeletelt kockákat feldíszítem vele.
