Elkészítés:
A tojás sárgáját a fele cukorral,olajjal, és a vízzel sűrűre kikeverem.
A tojás fehérjét a maradék cukorral kemény habbá verem.
A két masszát óvatosan összekeverem, majd hozzáadom a sütőporos lisztet.
Egy kinyomó zsákba vagy papírból készített zsákba teszem a masszát, és sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe piskóta formákat nyomok belőle.
A mogyorót (de lehet használni diót vagy mandulát is) apróra összevágom, és a kinyomott piskóták tetejére szórom.
Előmelegített sütőben 170-180 fokon kb 15 perc alatt megsütöm.
A csokoládét, az olajjal és margarinnal gőz felett felolvasztom és a kihűlt piskóták alsó részét belemártom.
Önmagában is nagyon finom, de lehet fagylalttal, krémekkel vagy parféval is fogyasztani.
