A krémhez a tejszínbe tördeljük a csokoládét és felmelegítjük, hogy a csoki elolvadjon benne. Hűtőbe tesszük 1 éjszakára.
A piskótához a tojások sárgáját alaposan kikeverjük a cukorral és vaníliás cukorral, belemérjük a vizet, kikeverjük, majd beleszitáljuk a liszt-keményítő-sütőpor-szódabikarbóna keveréket. Alaposan összekeverjük. A tojások fehérjét nagyon kemény habbá verjük, és óvatosan a tésztába forgatjuk. Sütőpapírral bélelt kapcsos tortaformába simítjuk, és közepes hőmérsékleten tűpróbáig sütjük.
