Körtés áfonyás sütemény

Hozzávalók:

  • 15 dkg vaj
  • 10 dkg cukor
  • 2 db körte-nem kell meghámozni
  • 25 dkg áfonya
  • 3 db tojás
  • 20 dkg liszt
  • 1/2 cs sütőpor
  • 1 tk őrölt gyömbér
  • 1 ek tej
  • 3 ek barna cukor

Elkészítés:

A vajat cukorral habosra keverjük majd egyenként hozzáadjuk a tojásokat.
Hozzákeverjük a lisztet, a sót, a gyömbért, és a tejet. Összeforgatjuk.

Egy 24×24 cm-es sütőformát kibélelünk sütőpapírral, enyhén kikenjük zsiradékkal majd rászórjuk a barna cukrot.
Az alját kirakjuk a szeletelt körtével, majd rászórjuk az áfonya felét.

A gyümölcsökre öntjük a masszát, elsimítjuk, és rászórjuk a maradék áfonyát.

180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 30 perc alatt megsütjük. Kockákra vágva, porcukorral megintve kínáljuk.

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Tálalható körtével felfelé is, akkor nevezhetjük körtés áfonyás fordított süteménynek is.
