Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A mázhoz:

Elkészítés:
(Nekem 18 db lett)
A 100 g csokoládét vízgőz felett megolvasztunk.
A joghurtot, a tojást, az étolajat és a porcukrot fakanállal alaposan összekeverjük. Belecsurgatjuk az olvadt csokit, végül belekeverjük a sütőporral elkevert lisztet is.
A kevert tésztába beleforgatjuk az apróra összetördelt csoki és dió darabkákat. Egy kiskanál segítségével megtöltjük a mini kuglóf formákat és előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon 20 percig sütjük.
Amíg a kuglófok sülnek, elkészítjük a mázat: A porcukrot összekeverjük annyi tejszínnel, hogy kicsit folyós mázat kapjunk. (Épp, hogy összekeverjük, mert minél tovább keverjük, annál sűrűbb lesz.)
A kisült és teljesen kihűlt mini kuglófok tetejét leöntjük a mázzal. Ha még tovább szeretnénk csinosítani akkor megszórhatjuk díszítőcukorral is.
