Elkészítés:
Legelőször a cukrot és a kakaót a kávédarálóba tesszük, és finomra őröljük. (Mármint a cukrot, hiszen a kakaó már por) Azután a csokikat kis darabokra tördeljük.
A krémhez valókat beletesszük egy tálba, és vízgőz felett egyneművé olvasztjuk. Levesszük a vízgőzről, és hagyjuk kihűlni.
A mandulaforgácsot óvatosan megpirítjuk egy teflon serpenyőben. Kihűtjük, és egy késsel összevágjuk.
A kihűlt krémalapot, egy elektromos habverővel jó habosra kikeverjük (kb. 6-7 perc alatt).
A csokoládés krémmel megkenjük az ostyalapokat és egymásra helyezzük őket.
A tetejét megszórjuk a mandulaforgáccsal, és kicsit belenyomkodjuk.
Ha egy kicsit állni hagyjuk megpuhulnak az ostyalapok és könnyebb szeletelni.
