Elkészítés:
A pudingot az előírás szerint elkészítjük. Langyosan fogjuk a tésztára keverni, figyeljünk, hogy nehogy túlságosan megdermedjen.
Elkészítjük a tésztát. A hozzávalókat összegyúrjuk, ha szükséges pici lisztet adhatunk hozzá. Lefedjük, és kb. 3/4 órán át kelni hagyjuk.
A gyúródeszkát belisztezzük, és kinyújtjuk a tésztát. Egyenletesen rákenjük a pudingot, majd szorosan feltekerjük a tésztát henger alakba. Óvatosan szeleteket vágunk belőle egy éles késsel.
Egy nagy tepsi alját kivajazzuk, majd a szeleteket szorosan egymás mellé belehelyezzük. 20 percig kelni hagyjuk majd a tetejét kevés tejjel lekenjük.
Előmelegített sütőben sütjük 180 fokon kb. 30-35 percig. Kb. félidőben újra átkenjük a tetejét a tejjel, így nem szárad úgy ki a tésztája.
Sütés után hagyjuk kihűlni, és langyosan vagy hidegen kínáljuk.
Alufóliával letakarva még másnap is nagyon jó puha tésztája marad. A gyerekek kedvence.
