Elkészítés:
A kókuszgolyók hozzávalóit egy tálba tesszük és összedolgozzuk. Fontos, hogy a massza jól formázható kell legyen, ha nem elég kemény, még kevés kókuszt keverünk bele. Mikor a massza készen van, vizes kézzel diónyi golyókat formázunk belőle, fóliával bélelt tányérra sorakoztatjuk és hűtőben pihentetjük, amíg a tésztát kikeverjük.
A tésztához a csokoládét és a vajat felolvasztjuk, majd félretesszük, hogy langyosra hűljön.
A tojásokat kikeverjük a cukorral, beledolgozzuk a tejfölt. A langyosra hűtött csokoládét is hozzáadjuk és elkeverjük.
A lisztet, a keményítőt, a kakaóport és a sütőport a masszába keverjük.
A kókuszgolyókat, sütőpapírral bélelt, lekapcsolható oldalú formába sorakoztatjuk, egymástól kisebb távolságra. A csokoládés tésztát a tetejére öntjük, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben nagyjából 35 perc alatt megsütjük.
