Csokis mogyorós muffin
Hozzávalók:
A bevonáshoz:
A díszítéshez:

Elkészítés:
A lisztet a sütőporral elkeverem.
A csoki és liszt kivételével a hozzávalókat kikeverem, majd hozzáadom a sütőporos lisztet.
A csokit apróra összevagdosom.
A muffinpapirokba kis halmokat teszek a tésztából, majd erre jön a darabolt csokoládé, végül ismét kis kanál massza.
170 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15-20 perc alatt megsütöm.
A csokoládét az olajjal és margarinnal gőz felett felolvasztom, és a kihűlt muffinok tetejét bevonom vele.
Fehér csokival és mogyoróval , illetve porcukorral felvert tejszínhabbal díszítem.
A csokis mogyorós muffin nagyon finom sütemény, mely vendégváráskor is megállja a helyét az asztalon.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Napjainkban igen kedveltek a muffinok, hiszen gyorsan elkészül, nagyon sokféleképpen variálható és díszíthető,a kombinációs lehetőségek száma határtalan.
Ha szánunk rá fél órát, könnyen és gyorsan elkészíthetjük,sok minden nem szükséges hozzá és 15-20perc alatt meg is sül.
A díszítésnél vegyük figyelembe,hogy milyen anyagokat használunk, a legtöbbet csak akkor tehetjük a muffinra ha az már kihűlt.
