Dinnyés-kókuszos misu

Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg görögdinnye
  • 5 dkg kókuszreszelék
  • 50 dkg mascarpone (laktózmentes is lehet)
  • 3 db tojás
  • 4 ek. xilit
  • pár csepp vanília kivonat
  • kb. 30 dkg babapiskóta
  • A tetejére:
  • kakaópor vagy reszelt csoki
  • A babapiskóta forgatásához:
  • kb. 1,5-2 dl főzött kávé

Elkészítés:

A héj nélküli dinnyét felkockázzuk, a magokat eltávolítjuk és a kókuszreszelékben megforgatjuk.

A tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verjük, hozzáadjuk az édesítőt, a tojások sárgáját, majd a mascarponét is. Vaníliával ízesítjük.
A kávét lefőzzük, és kihűtjük.

A babapiskótákat megmártjuk a kávéban (nem áztatjuk), aki úgy gondolja, hogy kell a kávéba cukor vagy édesítőszer tehet bele. Egy jénaiba, vagy kisebb tepsibe rakosgatjuk a babapiskótákat. Erre jön a mascarpone krém fele, majd a dinnyekockák, újabb sor babapiskóta, végül krémmel zárjuk a rétegezést.
Tetejét kakaóporral, vagy reszelt csokival megszórjuk, és 3-4 órára a hűtőszekrénybe tesszük. Ezután szépen szeletelhető és fogyasztható.
