Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
Az élesztőt 1 dl tejben kis cukorral felfuttatjuk. A tészta hozzávalóit tálba tesszük, hozzáöntjük a felfuttatott élesztőt, és robotgéppel, jól kidolgozzuk. A megdagasztott tésztát letakarjuk és langyos helyen duplájára kelesztjük.
Ha megkelt, lisztezett deszkára borítjuk, átgyúrjuk, és ismét duplájára kelesztjük. Ezután lisztezett deszkára borítjuk és 2 cm vastagra kisodorjuk. Egy pohár segítségével kiszaggatjuk a fánkokat.
Sütőpapíros lemezre rakjuk és letakarva, ismét 25 percig kelesztjük.
A sütőt 180 fokra előmelegítjük. Benyomjuk a fánkok közepét és egy kis kanál lekvárt teszünk bele. A sütőbe toljuk, és addig sütjük míg a tetejük meg nem pirul. A sütőből kivéve legalább 5 percre takarjuk le konyharuhával, majd porcukorral meghintve kínáljuk.
