Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A krémhez:
A csokis bevonathoz:

Elkészítés:
A tésztához a tojások sárgáját 6 evőkanál vízzel, a vaníliával és a cukorral sűrűre keverjük. A tojások fehérjét kemény habbá verjük majd óvatosan az előzőbe forgatjuk. A lisztet elkeverjük a keményítővel, a sütőporral és az átszitált kakaóval majd a tojáshabhoz keverjük. Kivajazott tortaformába öntjük és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük. Ha kihűlt, három lapra vágjuk.
A tojások sárgáját a cukorral krémesre keverjük. 4 dl tejszínt melegítsünk fel, és olvasszunk fel benne 10 dkg csokit.Reszeljük hozzá a narancshéjat és facsarjuk bele a fél narancs levét. Lassan öntsük hozzá a tojáshoz, majd tegyük vissza a lábasba és állandó keverés mellett sűrítsük be a krémet. A maradék tejszínt verjük fel kemény habnak, majd adjuk hozzá a csokis krémhez. Ha van otthon, tehetünk bele kandírozott narancshéjat így még intenzívebb lesz a narancsíz.
Az első tortalapot visszahelyezzük a tortaformába és megkenjük a krém felével, majd erre jön a következő tortalap és ezt is megkenjük. (Egy kevés krémet tegyünk félre a torta oldalának bevonásához és a díszítéshez.) Az utolsó tortalapot is rátesszük, majd pár órára a hűtőbe helyezzük dermedni. (Én előző este készítettem el, így egy éjszakát állt a hűtőben.)
Másnap reggel levesszük a tortaforma keretét és megkenjük az oldalát a maradék krémmel. A krémre tehetünk darált diót. (én most darált keksszel vontam be). A maradék csokit gőz fölött megolvasztjuk egy pár csepp olajjal és a torta tetejére kenjük. A tetejét tetszés szerint díszítjük.
Fantasztikus narancsos-csokis torta, ami az ünnepi asztalon is megállja a helyét.
