Sütőpapírral bélelt sütőlemezre simítjuk, majd 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.
A sütőpapír segítségével, még melegen feltekerjük.
Mikor kihűlt kitekerjük,leszedjük róla a sütőpapírt, megkenjük lekvárral, és ismét feltekerjük.
A tetejét porcukorral megintjük, de ízlés szerint akár csokimázat is készíthetünk rá.
