A vöröshagymát apróra vágjuk. A gombát felszeleteljük.
A vajon megdinszteljük a hagymát, rátesszük a gombát, sózzuk, borsozzuk és addig pároljuk míg a levét elfövi.
A csirkemellekre teszünk 2-2 szelet lapka sajtot, majd a gombás.
A húst összehajtjuk, bepanírozzuk és bő olajban közepes lángon kisütjük.
Gombás rizst készítettem mellé.
