Egy tálban összekeverjük a diót, a porcukrot, a reszelt narancshéjat.
A 10 dkg étcsokoládét vízgőz felett felolvasztjuk, és a diós keverékhez adjuk. Robotgéppel simára keverjük, közben hozzáadjuk a rumaromát és a narancs levét is.
Alacsony lángon addig keverjük, amíg a porcukor teljesen felolvad (nem ropog a fogunk alatt.) Ekkor levesszük a tűzről, és hozzáadjuk a pici sóval felvert kemény tojáshabot.
Hűlni hagyjuk, hogy formázható állagú masszát kapjunk.
Vizes kézzel golyókat, vagy szaloncukrokat formázunk belőle.
Majd olvasztott csokoládéba forgatjuk, és sütőpapíron, vagy rácson hagyjuk megszáradni.
Bonbon, és szaloncukor formában is elkészíthető. A szaloncukrokat selyempapírba, de akár celofánba is csomagolgatjuk a végeit színes szalaggal megkötve.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Minél jobb minőségű csokoládét használunk annál finomabb lesz a végeredmény.
Én a masszához 45%-os étcsokoládét a bevonáshoz 70%-os csokoládét használtam.
Rumaroma helyett narancslikőrt is tehetünk bele, ízlésünk szerint ízesíthetjük a bonbonokat.
