Az élesztőt kevés cukros langyos tejben felfuttatjuk.
A liszteket átszitáljuk, majd a többi hozzávalóval együtt puha tésztát dagasztunk.
Letakarva, langyos helyen a duplájára kelesztetjük, majd munkalapra fordítva átgyúrjuk és 16 db gombócot formálunk a tésztából. A tésztagombócokat konyharuhával letakarva 20 percet pihentetjük.
A gombócokat kicsit kilapítva megtöltjük a fenti töltelékekkel. 4-4-4-4 egyforma készül. Megtöltve újra gombóccá formáljuk.
Egy hőálló edénybe, vagy kisebb tepsibe sorakoztatjuk őket és még 20 percet kelesztjük. Tojással lekenjük. majd 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb. 35 perc alatt megsütjük.
