Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit összekeverem, olajozott, lisztezett tepsibe öntöm, előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütőm. Hagyom hűlni, közben elkészítem a krémet.
A pudingot a 3 dl tejben a cukorral megfőzöm,hűtőm.Kicsavarok 3 citrom levét és a pudinghoz keverem. A citrom reszelt héját félreteszem.
A rámát a cukorral habosra kikeverem, majd a kihűlt pudinggal összekeverem.
A krémet rákenem a kihűlt tészta tetejére.
A citromot felkarikázom. A krém tetejét a citromszeletekkel, és a kandírozott citromkockákkal díszítem.
A citrom darabokat 1/2 l vízben főzöm párpercig, hogy átvegye a citrom aromáját, leszűröm, és a citromos vízhez hozzákeverem a cukrot és a torta zselatint. Langyosra hűtöm, és a krém tetejére simítom. Tálalásig hűtőbe teszem.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
A kandírozott zöld citromot nem muszáj rátenni, csak nekem volt, és jól mutat rajta.
