Elkészítés:
Az első lépés az, hogy a 26 cm-es tortaforma kapcsos részét körberajzoljuk sütőpapíron nyolcszor, majd a köröket kivágjuk. Így a torta 8 lapból fog állni. Ez kb 3-4 nagyobb tepsire fér rá.
A tésztát két részletben keverjük ki, ami: 6 tojás, 12 dkg porcukor, 12 dkg liszt, fél cs sütőpor. A szokásos módon készítjük el, majd eloszlatjuk 4 körön és 10 percig 200 fokon sütjük, majd mérsékeltjük a lángot. Ne süssük túl a lapokat! A maradék alapanyagokból elkészítjük a tésztát és ugyanígy kisütjük.
A legszebb lapot félretesszük, ez lesz a torta teteje és erre fogjuk a mázat tenni. A cukrot egy lábasba tesszük, majd közepes lángon felolvasszuk, majd ha felolvadt hozzáadjuk a teavajat és az ecetet, átkeverjük, majd a lapra öntjük. Még rögtön bejelöljük a szeleteket, gyorsan dolgozzunk, mert hamar megköt a cukor.
A krémhez a tojásokat a cukorral, gőz felett állandó keveréssel felfőzzük kb 10 perc alatt, akkor adjuk hozzá a csokit és a kakaóport, ha az ujjunkat már süti, ha belenyúlunk. Addig keverjük, amíg elolvad a csoki és a kakaóport beveszi. lehűtjük, majd hűtőbe tesszük pár órára.
A szobahőmérsékletű vajat és margarint alaposan kihabosítjuk a porcukorral, majd apránként hozzáadjuk a csokikrémet.
A lapokat lehetőleg egyenletesen megtöltjük a krémmel, figyelve arra, hogy hagyjunk a torta oldalára és a díszítéshez belőle. Ez a torta így kb 3 kg. Ha kisebbet készítünk akkor dolgozzunk a hozzávalók 1/3-ával, így kb 2,1 kg-os lesz a torta és 6 lapból fog állni.
Egy picit macerásnak tűnik, de próbáltam aprólékosan leírni. Megéri sütni, mert isteni finom, nem túl vajas és nem is túl édes!
